BAM FM has developed a product interface to transfer Building Information Modelling (BIM) data between their Design and Facilities Management software systems. They have worked in partnership with Autodesk Revit and FSI Concept in developing this capability and have wrapped a management process around the product to support their implementation programme across future projects.
Vision 4 was brought in to review the product, and associated processes, and support BAM FMs ongoing implementation and communication objectives. The review was focussed on both internal and external customers, looking at how and where the product needed to be promoted and what benefits it would bring.
The final output was the production of a product brochure providing the core information about the product and providing a link into the wider technical expertise within the BAM FM business.
