Vision 4 worked with Abellio on the franchise bid for the East Anglia rail franchise. The scope of works included station asset management, facilities management and support services, performance standards and customer satisfaction projections. Services provided included situation analyses, design proposals, business cases inclusive of operating cost and passenger demand forecats , supplier engagement and procurement and production of delivery plans for submission to DfT
